Yes No Cancel buttons invisible

Version: 10+, Build 10.1.003 Xbase Edt.____Recently, on several workstations running R&R, including my own, the Yes No Cancel dialog buttons became invisible whenever such dialog is displayed by R&R. This only occurs in the R&R app, no such effect in other apps we use. __ The dialog box is there, the text message is there, but no buttons. You can press an appropriate button (Y, N, C) etc. via keyboard and they function as designed. This does not occur on every workstation running R&R. A reinstall of R&R does nothing to solve this. Dictionary & Library are disabled in the ini file. __ I would appreciate a solution to this annoying problem. Thank you for your assistance.____Michael__Harrington Corp.__

I am running windows xp with dual monitors. Whenever I put R&R on the 2nd monitor, the same thing happens with all dialogue boxes.____RHS

I cannot remember how long it^s been since this occurred but for my workstation it was shortly after the ver. 10. upgrade(which was over 1yr ago), I^ve just been living with it since I posted this same problem on this forum last year and received no response. It does not occur on every workstation, just mine and one of the owners^. HIS just doing it and he^s been running version 10 since we upgraded some time ago(which prompted me to post this request again). Do you think it is something in the INI files or is it another software package that causes this problem?__Michael

It has to be something that is unique to the environment. So you may need to do some detective work to determine what is different about these two machines where the problem occurs.____Kathleen__R&R Support
