The report is odd only in that it consists of a single BMP and nothing else. It is actually a signature image that I use to sign checks.__Recently I replaced our printer and now whenever I try to run the report (making sure the correct new printer is selected) I get the error:____****__Program Error__rrw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.__****____In the ErrorLog it says:____*****__Individual report from C:Program FilesRRVER10AC WORKCommonReports.set__8/27/03 04:23 pm-04:24 pm (0:00:12) CkSig (Xbase) // Lo= // Hi= // Q= // Parameters: __!! Abnormal Viewer termination__*****____I tried adding some blank text which made no difference.__Any ideas as to what has happened and what to do about it.

Can you open the report in the designer and then save it with the new printer so that you do not need to override the saved printer at runtime and see if that makes any difference?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes, I have tried that and just to make sure I just did it again with the same results. What adds to the mystery is that the ^Print Preview^ works fine but when I try to print it I get the ^...abnormal viewer...".

From our phone conversation, I downloaded and installed the latest printer driver for our Minolta QMS MagiColor 2200 Desklaser although it looks as if I already had it. This made no difference and I am still getting that same error. This seems to be the case with any report in which there is a BMP or JPG. I took a report that has no picture in it and it runs fine but if I add a picture, viewing it is still ok but printing it gives me this error.____If I run the report in RapidRunner, I get the message and then am offered to look at the error log. ____If I run the report from within R&R, I get that message briefly and then am dumped completely out of R&R and back to my desktop.____I don^t have another printer to try, but I did print to a PDF file successfully. I am not having any difficulties printing with any of my other programs like Lotus WordPro, Lotus 123 or our accounting software. I did the same experiment of adding a picture to a file that has already printed correctly and they all print fine too.____
