I am using version 10+ of R&R. When I send a report and use unattended email bursting, I am getting carryover from group to group. ____I have 2 grouping levels and am exporting to an .rtf based on the first group. When the emails are created, the attached .rtf file has the next recipient^s Group 1 header and the Group 2 header in their report.____I thought I remembered seeing some discussion of this, but couldn^t find this question in the forum specifically.____Help! Thanks.

Email me directly and I can give you a build that we think addresses this problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support__kfleming@livewarepub.com

Any help on this issue? Any fix on the horizon? The solution you sent me seems to partially work in the Dialog Designer, but not when run from the command line, which is what we use.

Kathleen:____Thanks for sending the updated file. In my limited test, it seems to work. I^ll know more in a day or two. (Our main office is closed due to ice storm.)____I still have a problem with the .RTF file format. If the client has Word, it displays fine. If they default to Wordpad, the columns get screwy. But .RTF seems to be my best option for emailing reports. HTML files get even more off-line with the columns.____Any ideas on that? ____I know I could go to PDF e-Burst, but that is a little pricey for something I only use occasionally.

Our company is looking to prepare individual reports (By Group). I currently prepare one PDF and manually split the reports using Adobe. Will email bursting create individual files? Can someone point me in the right direction.____stever@usli.com
