Does the application have RI_WPTR set to a ? so that the user can interactively select a printer?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes, it does.__It appears that the problem is restricted to users with Windows XP Pro operating system and a networked HP LaserJet 4050 N. After after changing the driver on the HP LaserJet 4050 N, we get the report to display on the screen, but as soon as you scroll to the next page, the report disappears from the screen. If we select a different printer to display, such as R&R PDF Export or a slave printer, it works without any problems.____Thanks,____

When the HP is selected, try clicking the Properties button in the Printer dialog prior to actually printing and see if that makes any difference.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I^m getting that same error. It does seem to be limited to XP Pro. If I select the properties of the printer and click ok, the print job prints with no errors.____AppName:rrwrun.exe__ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106____AppVer:10.1.1.0__ModName: winspool.drv__Offset:00006182__

We had problems with that HP 4050 printer driver. Search internet for other drivers to install.
