error in rr_cgi.exe

Hello Kathleen,____Thank you for your help last time. I have created the rr_cgi.exe per the code in your "web based reporting with r&r" white paper.____per the white paper, i have an rr_cgi.htm file which calls the rr_cgi.exe. but when the program starts to run the rr_cgi.exe, i get the following error message...____**************************__Internal Server Error____The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.____Please contact the server administrator, support@netfirms.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused__the error.____More information about this error may be available in the server error log.__**************************____Is this something that I need to solve with the server people or do you have some additional help for me?____Thank You__Kris B.

This one is beyond my capability to diagnose so you might want to talk to your server people or someone else familiar with web server configuration and CGI programming.______Kathleen__R&R Support
