error upon print

__On one of our large customers, we are receiving upon print with RRWRUN.EXE (version 10, last patch) an error:____CiceroUiWndFrame:RRWRun.exe - Program Error__Instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referred to memory at adress "0x000000004". Memory could not be "read". Click Ok to Exit____Error occurs after successful print preview, if we click____Workstation: Win Xp Pro International SP1__Printer Kyocera Ecosys on Ip printer server, default configuration.__User: limited user____When we print to normal (local) printer (LPT,USB) there aren^t any problems at all.__we stripped down runtime to rrwrun.exe, rrpd.dll and snbd9ws.dll____report is composed of fields and one (1) image on top____Any suggestions?__

I get this same message every time I try to save a file and then the software shuts down. Any suggestions?

When the problem occurs on File Save the solution is to add the line:____LIBRARIAN=OFF____to the DEFAULTS section of the file C:WINDOWSRRW.INI (for Xbase) and C:WINDOWSRSW.INI (for SQL).____Kathleen__R&R Support

Didn^t work to solve the problem. It is still shutting down with every save.

Now it not only shuts down with an error message after I try to save any and all reports, it also is now screwing with the RRUsers and I have to go in and re-set it every time it shuts down. This is getting ridiculous...please help.

I still think that the problem is with the librarian.____Try moving RRW.INI to the R&R program directory and in the DEFAULTS section make sure that the line:____LIBRARIAN=OFF is present.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I am also getting this error after a user completes a report in rswrun. I let the user pick a printer or use the default. Any suggestions/help.
