If it is after the report completes, edit RSW.INI and add the line;__PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of the file.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have SP 2, and adding the PDFDRIVER=0 did not work either.____What are the differences between the rrw.ini and rsw.ini file?

RRW.INI is for the Xbase executables (RRW.EXE and RRWRUN.EXE)__RSW.INI is for the SQL executables (RSW.EXE and RSWRUN.EXE)____Kathleen__R&R Support

I was having the same problem as you with getting the error message when trying to print reports. My system has Windows XPsp2, and printing to a local printer, usb. I have changed the printer driver to an old driver, HP 960c and that seemed to fix the issue. __Have you uninstalled Report Writer and reinstalled it? You shouldn^t need to edit anything within the s/w, it should be able to print right out of the box.____Good luck!__Unannoyed!____
