first page prints twice

I am trying to create an invoice form that prints each line item on a separate tag. I got it to work but it prints the first tag twice. I put a page break line in the record section even though I only have data in the page header section. A page break in the header does not seem to do anything. ____Can anyone tell me what I^m doing wrong?____Thanks

So your report layout consists only of page header band lines and a single record band that is a new page?__Why not use all record band lines with the last record band a new page line?____Kathleen__R&R Support
