We are trying to print a label, using rr9.0.____The label is a custom tag, 3.5 inches high by 8.5 inches wide, fanfold. We will use dot-matrix printers. ____The issue at hand is that there will be one label printed each time the report is called, and the printer must only feed up to the next label.____How and where do we set this? We have set the label format to custom, 3.5 x 8.5, but everytime we print, the printer form feeds 11 inches.____

Go to the printer in the control panel and set a custom page size to the dimensions of your label. Then in R&R use File Page Setup and select this custom page size.____Kathleen__R&R Support

R&R is always going to advance by full pages so without a custom page size, you can only choose from the sizes that are available in the driver.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have now gone to the settings/printers panel, clicked file/server properties and added the custom for 8.00 x 3.50 inches. At the printer/properties, I have selected this form.____Still advances 11 inches.____Any thoughts?____cal

But did you select this page size using File->Page Setup in the R&R Designer?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Then everything seems correct except for the actual physical output.__I am at a loss to explain why it is coming out wrong...____Kathleen__R&R Support
