missing drop-down in Record Layout

I am recreating all of our reports from scratch due to an update in the software we use (Mail Order Manager). The new software is SQL based and they changed ALL of the table names. Many of our reports print copies based on a quantity field in one of the tables. When I go to FORMAT, then RECORD LAYOUT, and try to choose the option to do COPIES by FIELD, the drop-down lists no fields to choose from. I have MANY reports to write that use this. PLEASE help!

I have confirmed that this a bug in the V12 SQL release. We are in the process of fixing it but I do have a workaround solution for you. I will send you an email with the details.____Kathleen__R&R Support
