I am trying to make some modifications to a report that has an image in it. The change is not related to the image. However, when I open the report, I am told that the image can not be opened. This I suspect is the because I don^t have the image in the expected location.____The problem is I don^t know what the expected location is? Once the report is open, I can^t tell where the image is supposed to be (on the report or on the file system).____Is there a way to get the expected path from an inserted image that can^t be found? Also, will changing (inserting another field) and saving cause the image not to be on the report any more?____Confused yet?____Any help is appreciated,____Richard

I don^t know about finding the path (which is hard-wired in R&R from the last time it was saved...it^s not embedded in the report rather just referenced), but when it informs you that the image file cannot be found, if you press OK you have to browse and find the image on your network BUT if you press IGNORE then you lose the image altogether.____I feel your pain, brother

When you open the report and get the Cannot open picture file dialog, the full path and file name of the image that R&R is trying to open will be displayed on the status bar at the lower left of the R&R dialog.____R&R will look for images in the their saved location. If not found in the saved location, it will use the default image directory as defined in the INI file.____Kathleen__R&R Support
