printer name length

Hi, ____Were using R&R v 10 with our app. When we try to print reports to printers with long share names (e.g. "HP Color LaserJet 2600n (from PCROOKLAPTOP) in session 14") this happens (report print output set to a real Shared printer in the app):____On a LAN shared printer, instead of a print dialog box - it prompts us with a Save As prompt for R&R PDF export.____On a redirected shared printer (connected to a remote computer via Remote Desktop w/ windows terminal services), printing simply fails with no error message, and error message on Event Viewer reports the printer driver is not installed.____My question would then be: is there a limit on the length of the shared printer name? And if there is, are there any workarounds for it?____Thanks!____A. Castillo
