printer prolblem control id

User is receiving error "control ID does not match", ie, printer does not match requested printer.__The control file is a DBF input file. "?" is in the printer fields so that user must choose from Windows list of printers.__After choosing printer, error occurs, so this does not equate to the typical error where an incorrect printer name is passed to R&R via the control file. __What could be causing this? It only occurs for a couple of users so I think it is something in their profile or printer set, but have not idea where to look.__Any help is appreciated.__-jeannie
