i have several RR-SQL reports that use color for the professional look - and when they work - they are GREAT !____however - if i have been working in the RR-SQL designer for several hours - updating reports, etc. - and then try to print these color reports - they print on the color printer - but in black/white...__without any error messages - it just prints without color.____if i restart RR-SQL and resend the same report to the same printer - now it will print in color - ____so the work-around is to restart RR-SQL - __any ideas what is happening?____i am using RR-SQL v10plus on NT4.__the printer is a XEROX color printer - i can find out the specific printer name if that is needed.____no one else using the same printer is having problems - using WORD, EXCEL, etc -__it^s only happening with RR-SQL.____thanks for your help,__nick______

R&R does consume some memory each time you do a preview but I have never seen it be enough to wash away color. Re-start is probably the only way around the problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support
