regsvr32c - rsabase.dll

Using version V8.0A,Windows 98. I have been using Microsoft Money 2000 without problem, until I loaded the R&R V8.0A program. It evedently overwrote a reg file and now I cannot use Money. Please let me know if you have a solution.
