ri_printer and ri_wptr

Everytime I setup RI_printer= ? and RI_WPTR=?, the windows will show error after I select printer under select printer dialog. ____Anything is conflict , please help.____Thanks in advance____Toto__

What happens if you use the Properties button on the print dialog before you actually print?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It^s OK if I select printer property. What else I have to set ?____Toto

If you upgrade to the latest release, you will no longer need to use the properties button. Otherwise, using the button is the only workaround.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Should be ok in V11 but I would encourage you to upgrade to V12 since it will be the only release that we will be supporting in the future.____Kathleen__R&R Support
