rrw and rrwrun failures version 8

When I send a report to an HP (PCL6) laser printer on a Novel network I occassionally get the message that rrw (or rrwrun) failed and that an error log was created. ____Where is the error log created and what is it called ?____Dave____

The error log is just a generic application error log that reveals no good information.____Are you sure that this is happening with both RRW.EXE and RRWRUN.EXE?____We have seen problem in using RRWRUN.EXE when a runtime user is allowed to interactively select a windows printer. This problem is corrected by setting RI_WPTR to DEFAULT or a specific printer.____This problem is corrected in the latest 10 release.____Kathleen__R&R Support
