rrw.exe error

We have R&R 9 installed on our NT Citrix. Every time a user login as a domain user will get a Dr Watson error message: rrw.exe (0xc0000005, 0x100037c0) after log off.____Can someone help me, please?____james

Rename or remove the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support
