rrwrun.exe crashing when printing

We have a customer reporting that the report viewer is crashing when trying to print from the report viewer. If you set the report destination directly to the printer the viewer doesn^t crash. The error message refers to the file msctfime.ime as the source of the fault. We have checked and the file is the standard version that seems to be current for XP (version 5.1.2600.5512). Also we^ve checked the usual suspects with regard to the Amunyi pdf driver (cdintfc.dll is not present and PDFDriver=0 is set in the [Defaults] section of the rrw.ini file). What else can we look for to resolve this?__Thanks
