rrwrun.exe print errors

My client is running R&R Xbase version 8.1.0126 in a Windows 2000 Terminal Server environment. The server has the latest service packs and patches installed. ____An application is calling rrwrun.exe each time a report is requested, users are intermittently receiving the error "cannot create sort temporary file". I can_t figure out how to solve this problem - Please help. ____This doesn_t appear to be a user-specific problem. Also, the client is an older windows 98 machine _ I wasn_t able to get the complete specs. The server is a PIII 1.0Ghz with 512MB RAM. There are only about 5-7 people using terminal services at any given time.____Thanks__________

First make sure that the windows temp directory has sufficient disk space.____Then in the c:windows rw.ini file add a line to the Defaults section that says:__RRWHANDLES=400____and see if this helps.______Kathleen__R&R Support
