runtime cannot load rrwksx.dll

Hi,__When I use rrwrun.exe (v.12.5.001) to export report to excel file__I receive "Cannot load printer library file rrwksx.dll" message.____This does not happen when working with rrw.exe____any help please?____regards__nevzat__

Is the rrwksx.dll in the same folder as rrwrun.exe?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I am getting the same error message and the rrwksx.dll file is in the same directory as rswrun.exe.____rrwksx.dll is version 8.1.25 with a modified date of 1/11/2010.__rswrun.exe is version 12.5.1 with a modified date of 1/12/2010.__

Do you also have libxl.dll in that folder?____Kathleen__R&R Support
