do I have to pay for customer support when the problem is an R &R problem ?____I can only use the RUNTIME program in one computer, on the others it does not work.____All have WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL EDITION.______Please reply to iecortez @yahoo.com____Regards__Edward Mendez__
