setScopeUsage error

I am getting an invalid scope type when I set it to setScopeUsage(lnRRW, "O") it is declared as: Declare Long setScopeUsage In "rrrpt32.dll" Long hReport, String scopeFlag____Any idea why this is happening? All the other parameters that I am passing come through without a problem.____Thanks!____Quail
