I have a client currently using R&R Report Writer v8.1 and wishes to make use of the new features in v10 .____We currently carry stock of version 10 upgrades. Is there a way that I can take these version 10 upgrade copies up to version 10 without incurring additional cost?____I have looked at the downloadable patches and cannot really make out if there is an upgrade path from 10 to 10 .____Clarification of this would be greatly appreciated.____Aaron.

If you are going from 10 to 10+ there is a distinct step up upgrade CD that indeed requires an existing installed copy and is indeed an upgrade CD.____But if you are going from any other release to 10+ and the CD does not specifically state STEP UP, then the CD is a full product CD for purposes of installation and could be used by a new user or an upgrade user.____Kathleen__R&R Support
