I use Cougar Mountain software and after I installed Norton antivirus I can^t print any reports.

Do you get an error message? Or, when you try the report, does an R&R icon display on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and then just disappear?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I don^t get an error message. The RR icon does appear and it stays there but I never see a sort start. Then my computer just locks up and I have to reboot.

What version of R&R are you using?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I^m using V9.0. I am also on a network.

Check your local machine for a file called CDINTF.DLL. When you find it, rename it to CDINTF.OLD and see if it helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I changed the file name but it still doesn^t print. I get the icon on the taskbar but it doesn^t start to sort and then the computer locks up just like before.

In Cougar Mountain accounting software I discovered that I can print invoices in order entry but nothing prints whenever it has to run through report writer. If I reinstall report writer V9.0 would I lose the changes I^ve made to some of our reports?

Re-installing Report Writer will not impact the reports that are in the Cougar report subfolders.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I reinstalled Report Writer 9.0 but still can^t print Cougar Mountain reports that process through report writer. I can however print invoices. Any other suggestions?
