We received the following error message when installing R&R 9.0 to Windows 2000 client machines from a networking installation:____Can^t run 16-bit Windows program____Cannot find the file F:APPSR&R Report Writer 9.0setup.exe (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.____It turned out that it was Windows 2000 failing to interpret the ampersand, as R&R was located on a NetWare 4.11 share. We changed the path to F:APPSRR Report Writer 9.0 and all was OK.____Just though someone else might hit this.____Cheers,__Dave Cleghorn__Technical Support__LandMaster__;)

Additionally, if you are sharing the R&R software from a Windows 2000 or NT machine, you cannot directly share out the C:Program FilesR&R SQL Report Writer directory.____You must share out the C:Program Files directory and map through that directory to the RR Report Writer directory instead, otherwise you get the same error message.__
