Cannot Install R&R

The installation aborted the first time, so we try to install again and we get the error that the drive and directory do not exist. However I can go to any other PC and install it just fine? What could be blobking this? even though we are running the command from the drive and directory? Any ideas or help wouold be great.

You get that error as soon as you execute SETUP.EXE? Are you running SETUP from a CD drive or from a network drive? If it is a network drive, R&R expects that there will be a folder called WORKSTATION in the R&R folder since it thinks you want to set up a workstation to run R&R from the network location.____Kathleen__R&R Support
