I get an error messege "Cannot Open Picture File (name)" when I try to print a report what has a picture file in header. I am trying to print from a remote desktop connection to a terminal server. The report print OK at Terminal server.__I am using Report Works 11.0.001 and TS MS 2003.____Dan

I was able to eliminate the error when I put a "?" in the ri_wptr field on the control file.____Dan

I guess I spoke to soon. The error is still there if I try to print from the remote station. It is ok at the terminal server. At the remote station, I get the error before the dialog appears to select the printer.____Dan

Try setting the IMGDIR in the DEFAULTS section of c:windows rw.ini to the location of the image file.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have the imgdir set to p:ifpsql eports That is the location of the image on the terminal server. It prints OK on TS, but on client I get the error. If I log on at the client as the administrator, I can print the file OK.____Dan

Then something in the client environment is preventing it from finding that path.____Kathleen__R&R Support
