Cannot execute Viewer EXE

I am reseaching a problem with an application that is using R&R Report Writer, SQL Edition Version 10.1.1. On a workstation, viewing and printing work fine. On a Terminal Server, we get "Cannot execute Viewer EXE: error code 2". The RSW.INI (located in C:Windows) has the line:____ProgDir32=C:Program FilesCompanyAppsOur AppARPEGGIO____in this folder are the following files:____Alo.dll__rrattrib.dll__rrpd.dll__rswrun.exe____This is exactly the same as on the workstations, however a number of user rights are restricted on our Terminal Servers. Are there any special permissions required to specific folders on the C: drive? Registry settings? Environmental variables?____Thanks in advance.__

Try copying the INI to the same folder as RSWRUN.EXE.____It sounds like the C:windowsRSW.INI is not being found.____Kathleen__R&R Support__

Moved INI to folder. Tried it. Same error.
