Cannot execute Viewer exe

I just upgraded a client to Report Works 12.5 and when trying to run a report in Rapid Runner I receive the below error on a Windows 7 PC:____Cannot execute Viewer exe: error code 2____Note: When installed on an XP PC, all works fine. ____Please help!____Thanks,__Kozigen

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Mar-30-11 AT 05:14 PM (EST)]The problem should be solved with a minor edit to either the RRW.INI or RSW.INI files in C:WINDOWS:______(add or edit the following entry in the "Defaults" section of the files mentioned above.)____ProgDir32=C:Program Files (x86)Liveware PublishingReportWorks Infinity\______When Rapid Runner cannot figure out where the executables are stored, it throws the error mentioned.
