Cannot find Library File RRPD.DLL

We have Report Writer v 9.0 installed on our server and our machines run Windows NT. I can run a report from server but if someone in our New York office tries to run same report it gets the error message in the subject line. Is there some place specific this file needs to be on the workstations?
