Cannot locate library

One of our user got new PC. And everytime she runs R&R which sits on network, she got "Cannot locate Microsoft Visual Foxpro Library" error message. Afer clicking OK button, she still can run the report.__Do you have idea which files need to copy to her system dirctory or why that happens

Here is the detail error:____Cannot locate microsoft visual Foxpro support library______We created shortcut on the desktop which points to the R&R ver10 on server(work directoy also points to server). Both old PC and new PC are XP servic pack2. But the on the new PC, everytime user trys to change database or save changes, above error shows up. ____Anyone has idea about which files we need for new PC ?____Thanks__

You need to have a server install of R&R which then places a copy of SETUP.EXE on the server. Then you go to that workstation and run the server copy of SETUP.EXE. This will copy all of the required support files to the local machine.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks!____I tried to run server side setup.exe from workstation, nothing happens. I didn^t see any screen, such as welcome screen. The hourglass stays for few seconds and gone. Where do I need to look for the problem ?____My setup.exe on server side for version 10+ has date 7/24/1996.____Please help!

You could try using the R&R CD from the workstation. When you install, set the install directory as the server location. This will copy the correct files locally.____Kathleen__R&R Support

The error sounds like a Foxpro error not an R&R error. Your user needs permissions to the folder that has the fox support files. ____We run into this issue on workstations when we have users that dont have admin privileges to the merge files folder in the Windows folder (I believe.)____If you have Fox on a server there is a chance the user might be experiencing the problem for the same reasons.
