Cannot match printer or port

I created a Quick Runtime Shortcut.____When I try to print the report from the shortcut, I get the following error message:____ Cannot Match Printer or Port in Control File______What does this mean? When I select the printer I want to print from, it is the same printer as in the report file. ??____Thanks

The error means that the value set as RI_WPTR or RI_WPORT in the control table does not match a currently installed printer.__What is in each of this fields in your .RRS file?______Kathleen__R&R Support__
