Cannot match printer or port in control file

We are having trouble at a customer where we keep getting the above message using rrwrun when ri_wptr and ri_wport contain a printer share (\workstationipsharename) It only works when we use the windows printer name now. I do not know what changed, they got hit hard by Super Storm Sandy and are trying to get going again.____I have tried version 10 and 12 of the rrwrun runtime with no success.____I am trying to avoid switching all their windows printer names as they are too long for rrwrun and am concerned it will affect other applications.____Any assistance on why printer share names suddenly will not work is appreciated.____Thanks,__pete
