Cannot open file

Hi,__I have updated my .exe file to 10.1.2.0 and now when i try to open an existing report created against an Oracle 9.1 database i get the following error message " Cannot open file: Lead Technologies Libraries" .__If i replace this .exe file with with my original (version 10.1.1.0)this problem does not occur, however, i then have problems with the formatting of dates into "English (UK)"

Download the 10.1.003 update from our website.__It contains all of the required leadtools image support files.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen,__ i have downloaded and extracted the new files, and now evey time i try to run a report ^Report Writer^ crashes with the message __^Report Writer has encountered a problem and will have to close.....^____I have checked the compatability for the new file and all seems ok.____any help you can give would be greatly appreciated____Dave.

Does the error occur when you print the report or when you open the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

The problem occurs when i try to preview the report whilst in designer and also when the report is displayed to screen at runtime.
