Cannot open file SNBD6W9S.DLL

A client has two server installations of R&R in different locations on their server. One is Version 8 the other Version 9. When they try to run a print preview on a report in Version 9 the Error "Cannot open file SNBD6W9S.DLL" is encountered. This has started happening today. Earlier on the client was able to print off several reports with no problem.____Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?____TIA

Is the file SNBD6W9S.DLL present in the local windowssystem directory? This file is only used in reports containing graphics which might explain why you did not see the problem previously.____Kathleen__R&R Support
