There is no limit but a library file will continue to increase in size even if you remove reports. What happens as you use a report library is that we write info to various spots in the file and like a hard drive, a report library file can become fragmented with little bits all over the place. This can lead to a file error when you try to read or write from the library. The solution is to create a new library and transfer all the reports to the new file. This way each one is written fresh and you eliminate the fragmentation.____Kathleen__R&R Support
