Changing network printers

I am using ver 9 with a customer with multiple users on a network, using the runtime DLL. Things can be working well, then they have to move the network printer and the reports no longer work. I have to load the reports up with rsw.exe change the printer and resave them. This has wasted a lot of my time, but the customer regards it as a bug and doesn^t want to pay to have it fixed.____At other times a report won^t print, but if when the printer selection box appears they click on the properties for the printer, then continue, without changing anything, it then works.____These problems are causing me to consider changing report writer. I upgraded from ver 8 to 9 to solve certain problems, but they were not solved by that, so I don^t want to upgrade again unless certain the problems will be solved. ____Any ideas on what is going wrong?
