Charactor conversion

Post by Dutch » Tue Jun 12, 2007 11:14 am

Dear Kathleen,____I use Thai language and it has a problem when I export file to Excel (.XLS). Some of Charactor is export incorrect. __For example__========__x := ^¤^__asc(^¤^) is 164 when export to Excel it show ^¨^ (Exactly asc(^¨^) is 168) but when use asc(x) it show 164. It means when I export to Excel some charactor show wrong but the asc() is show correctly.____Where can I fix this problem.____Best regards,__Dutch

You could try changing the DBCHARS setting in the RRW.SRT file that is in the R&R program folder and see if it makes any difference.____Kathleen__R&R Support
