Columns Headings in CSV File

We use RRInfinity SQL. As we can^t produce XLS files from R&R we use CSV files. However, is there any way of determining the column headings at run time.____Eg We need to do a monthly report where the client will enter a year, eg 2006. We need to do a monthly analysis of that year and the previous year. So ideally I would want the column headings to be JAN06, FEB06 ... DEC06, JAN05, FEB05 etc____ie the months need to be prefixed by whatever year the client enters at run time.____I cannot see a way to do this.
