The only issue that has been seen with some Novell versions is an erroneous file is already open do you want to make a copy error when opening R&R reports.______Kathleen__R&R Support

We have this same problem in our company. Novell 5 and 5.1 with Windows NT workstations. Here is the work around that we are currently using for this problem.____1. Make a shortcut to the folder where your R & R file are.__2. let the document open R & R by doubleclicking the document or right clicking and selecting open.____This will allow R & R to be opened without the "do you want to make a copy error." But, if you try to open a document while the program is already open(Even though it opened cleanly) it will come up with the error.____I have a number of people in more than one department that are anxiously awaiting a real solution to this issue.____I have done extensive searching on Novell^s support site and have not found much of anything on this subject.____Hope it helps for you.____Thanks,____Darren__

I have found that when I get the "do you want to make a copy error", I open the Payroll UtilsRR9RRWUsers.exe utility and unlock my license #. I^m then able to open the file without the error. This usually works.
