Conversion error #6

I am using The Master Genealogist, which apparently used this product to create reports from a database. When I attempt to create a ^WORD 2000 or better^ formatted file, I get this Conversion error #6. I do not know if the error is coming from this product thor from The Master Genealogist. ____The problem has existed for 6 to 8 months, across 4 computers, 3 operating systems (ME, XP Home, XP Pro) and several versions of The Master Genealogist. I hae contacted TMG and we both think there is some one little thing that is causing the problem because not very many other people have had the problem. ____Since I do not know how this product produces reports, it is hard for me to try and troubleshoot. If anyone could give me a quick and dirty idea of how it works, what parameters it is sent, etc. it would make it much easier.____Also if this is an error from this product, what in the world is it??? I first got it with attempts to create a WORD file, but trying to create WordPerfect files and RTF file also give the same error. It does not appear to be related to the data, as it can be reproduced on any dataset including the sample one which comes with The Master Genealogist.____Thanks very much,____Alice Campbell
