Customer clicks on print report

I Have a user that just started having a problem printing reports (Work orders)__i had him check his default printer setting and they are fine.. __what happens when he hits the print button. it does not bring up the screen to print to screen, printer or export. just nothing happens.. __any ideas? __Thanks, ____Mich

Is there any error shown in the runtime output status file? Does the problem occur with all reports? Can they double click execute rrwrun.exe and select a report manually and have it work correctly?____Kathleen__R&R Support

No the Screen just flickers for a second. and the rrwun.out file here is what is says__[RRW Runtime output]__RO_ECODE=N__RO_EMSG=__RO_REPORTS=1__RO_PAGES=1__RO_RIRECNO=1_______Thanks, __Mich

Nope nothing happens. I^m thinking it is a Novell Set up issue.
