We purchased a 5-user license a couple of years ago and have still never been able to resolve the problem that I described in the original post to Topic #3740. The issue is essentially that I^ve not been able to get the reports to where they stop asking the users for the data source and they all have to browse down to the right file to get it to run. This is R&R 12, SQL Edition, Build 12.0.002 running on a server that provides the data file access to a couple of hunderd users in a handfull of buildings. All of the PCs involved are running Windows XP____I^ve tried executing all of the recommended fixes descibed in the responses to that thread (Topic #3740) and the problem remains. Before we declare the $2500 or so we^ve spent so far a total loss and move on to another product, is is possible to discuss this on the phone with someone?
