Default File Settings (Report)

I^ve set Default File locations (Options -> File Settings...) for Data, Report, Image and Template. All seem to work correctly except for the "Report" default location.__Regardless of the setting, when attempting to *open* an existing report, it defaults to the last location used to open or save a report. I^ve checked the rrw.ini file and verified it is recording the correct path. It defaults correctly when *saving* a report.__Is there a way to correct this?____I^m using R&R for Windows, Xbase Edition Version 12, Build 12.5.001__on Windows XP Pro Vers 2002, SP3__I believe this was working correctly in ReportWriter v10.__
