Delay Opening Reports w/ R&R v12

When opening a report with v12, it takes several seconds for the report to open. I noticed that in the process of opening the report the spoolsv.exe process becomes active briefly while the report is opening. Could this be delaying the opening of the report and is this normal behavior?__Thanx,__Jimi Chappell__ADP Technical Support

When you open a report, R&R tries to find the printer saved with the report. You can change this so it goes directly to your current default printer by adding the line:__PRINTER=DEFAULT____to the DEFAULTS section of your RRW.INI file.____Hope this helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
