When opening a report with v12, it takes several seconds for the report to open. I noticed that in the process of opening the report the spoolsv.exe process becomes active briefly while the report is opening. When you open a report, R&R tries to find the printer saved with the report. You can change this so it goes directly to your current default printer by adding the line:__PRINTER=DEFAULT____to the DEFAULTS section of your RRW.INI file.____Hope this helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
