Dell 3010cn paper trays

I^m having a problem accessing the 2nd paper tray using the supplied Dell driver in R&R. Can anybody tell me how to solve this? ____

Does the tray not appear in the File Page Setup menu or does in appear but when you select it, output does not go to that tray? Or do you get an error message? Is this R&R Version 12?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Whether I select the 1st or 2nd paper tray, the output always goes to the 1st tray. ____No error msg. appears. ____Everything works fine in programs like Word/Excel, but not in R&R. ____
