I am trying to write a report which details items at three different dates. An item could be included at two of the three stages (the data only includes the item reference, start date and end date). All three sections need to be on the same page of the report. The three stages are:____Outstanding at beginning of the month__ Item reference Start End____New items during the month__ Item reference Start End____Outstanding at end of the month__ Item reference Start End______Currently I have inserted the required fields three times (once on each of three record lines) and then displayed one of the lines based on a calculated field. What happens is that the first item that is "new in the month" appears under the correct heading but subsequent "new" items are duplicated under the "Outstanding at the end of the Month" heading with the items that should appear here.____I have also tried grouping the records but as the same record needs to be shown in two groups I couldn^t get this to work either.____As the same record could appear in two of the sections is there any way to display all of the records in the correct positions.________Any ideas would be appreciated.____Dale
