R & R output to Excel format?

Ask any questions you have about purchasing R&R ReportWorks. Will it work with my operating system? Will it access my database? Can I convert my old reports?

R & R output to Excel format?

Post by Michael » Fri Mar 08, 2002 1:59 pm

Hi,__I am a network admin who knows little about report writing. As the consultant for a small business, they have come to me as their "expert".____Currently they use R&R (v 6.5 I think) to print their invoices. Some of their customers have requested electronic invoices. The customers wish to receive Excel format.____Is it possible to get R&R to output in Excel format? Is it easy to do? I need to decide if I could do it, or if I should get an R&R consultant. Thanks!__-Mike Schwager__ michael@forsitesolutions.com__

Version 6.5 can export to WKS worksheet format which can then be read by Excel.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Update to the latest version and you can export to Excel pivot tables and create some really nice graphs with just a few clicks, especially if they are using Excel 2000 or XP.____-Pat-
